Hacking Help me with this damaged Nintendo Switch

I recieved a Broken Screen (80% black)+ Water Damaged (Maybe good) Nintendo Switch.

I managed to run Switchroot Android on it by booting into RCM Mode and injecting Hekate payload.
The console does everything allright while on Android, but can't boot normally into Stock Firmware.

Is there something I can do to check the memory state of this console (Corrupted / Broken / Etc)?
Do you have any recommendations on what to do with this console?
