Could you describe the problem in more detail? What exactly happens when you insert the game? What exactly happens when you press the A button with the game selected? Have you hacked your 3DS before? Is the game physical or digital? With the information provided there's not much anyone can do to help you.

Is it stuck on the Nintendo 3DS screen with the pulsating red lines? If so that means your console's firmware is too old to run the game. You just need to update.
I always up to dated

Yes and no. My physical game. When booting the game and it happened. It still won't works even i was hacked( i dehacked before) and i knew all other games works great. It's only showing up 3ds red lines booting looping. Can you tell me how to do that physical game?

Assuming you currently have CFW, try loading GM9 and trying to see if it reads the cartridge. It's possible that there's something wrong with it, be it dirt in the contact pins or something similar, happens every now and then, so if GM9 doesn't recognize it it will give us a better idea as to what's wrong.

Did you by any chance have mods installed or done any sort of editing to the save file? Could be that you left a mod/exploit for it installed when removing CFW so game can't boot normally. Try using the cartridge on a different 3DS or without the SD card in and see if it works.

I never edit any save. I never mod anything! I'll try to see what you told me

Did you try without the SD card on the 3DS it's not working on?

Oh!!! I removed sd card from my 3ds. It's works!! How can i fix that?
It's either a corrupted save or corrupted update data. For starters go to Data Management in the Settings and delete any updates (which can be easily redownloaded from the eshop), then if that doesn't work you will have to delete your save data.
