ROM Hack Suggestion SMM2 Full Online experience on banned switch

I have an idea, to make a smm2 private server which makes the game just like on a normal unhacked switch (Course World, 100 M, Multiplayer etc.) but all the courses are both from hacked and not hacked switches and users can upload their courses only on the private server, and play multiplayer only with hacked switch players. I dunno if it can be done, but it is an idea.

Please first evaluate feasibility of your idea. Noone managed to emulate Nintendo servers and this will not happen in next decade. We don't even know on what principals this communication is working.

the multiplayer won't work cause of two reasons first and foremost SMM2 doesn't have a lan mode so no dice there and 2 even local multiplayer REQUIRES you to connect to nintendo (I'm very suprised Pokemon sw/sh didn't do this AND has a lan mode cause i'm pretty sure nintendo knows about lan-play and ldm-mitm)
