Hello. My problem is that I am trying to boot a Gamecube ISO from Swiss from an SDGecko (Memory Card Reader, came from China), but every time I load one, it gives me an error that says:

Failed to setup the file (too fragmented?)

After that message pops up, pressing A gets rids of it. Trying to load another ISO from the same device afterwards results in a different error message that reads:

Invalid or Corrupt File!

I have tried multiple SD cards with Swiss, and they all say the same thing. Every one was formatted to FAT32. Loading homebrew from the card reader works like a charm. Another thing that seems to work is putting the card reader into Slot A. The Gamecube ISO loads perfectly fine. The only issue with that is that I cannot save the game, as most Gamecube games require a Memory Card in Slot A.

So, how would I fix this issue and run a Gamecube ISO from Slot B?

Hello.:)

Unfortunately I do not longer have an SD Gecko.
But I can remember lively,it was a pain to load Games from Slot B and it did not worked in most of the Times...(FMV stuttering/freezing/hanging and of course your Issue..)
I had the SD Media Launcher SD Gecko and an Wiikey:

And it highly depends on the Brand of the SD Cards........
Unfortunatly I can give you no real Advise which one you can use,I am sorry.

Well... funny story. I formatted my SD card to exFAT and it immediately worked. I feel dumb... Thanks for your advice, anyhow!
