Hi thank you for the great work on the support of version 9 firmware

If it is possible to request improvement. I would really like if you could add support for more hard disk model since I still have many hard disk 3TB+ that are not compatible with SX OS like WD My book for exemple

Thank you again

...we look forward to having more valuable feedback from our SX OS users on what needs to be improved on for our next SX OS release.

Is your disk maybe a NTFS?

that's what I was thinking, I had a 4TB WD My Passport but it was specifically formatted as FAT32 (I think I did it using it with EaseUS partition manager for Windows - normal FAT32 doesn't work above 2TB under Windows system format tool).

I had a error leaving the album screen while in docked mode with 2.9.1 so it's not 100% fixed as claimed.
Also launching sx installer in docked mode crashed, i think homebrew sometimes crashes while docked.
So it's still a bit bugged... Oh well nothing too big it seems tho, I'm gonna update because I want to come back playing online.
But I don't get it why banned people are rushing so much to update.

Who has said anything about this supporting 9.0.1??

Test it yourself and let us know how it goes. Or learn to read.

Its answers like this that make this forum a gloomier place.

You ask a valid question and you get insult for an answer.

Choidujournx was a hb that was broken in 2.9. the reason i was asking if other hbs are fine in 2.9.1 is because of the problem in one hb previously.

No. Reread what you posted. You asked specifically about 9.0.1 did you not?

Custom xci still not work for me don't know why i'm at 9.0.0 already update to 2.9.1 or i have to be at 9.0.1?

Edit: 9.0.1 works but turning off stealth mode breaks the xci title. “Not 100% working as we all know but I have to be politically correct with the choice of my words”

Last edited by Reecey,
So not all the custom xci works? But what if we install those custom xci using the built in installer? Still doesn't work?

Haters, ahah I was about to say this too, I knew everything was working fine as soon as I saw it was a 3 pages only thread

i don't see any hater i just click ignore and they all go bye bye

I know a couple of members have already mentioned firmware update 9.0.1 works on sxos but I just want to reassure everyone I have just updated emunand on sxos and it works 100% as it should so yes go ahead and update.
How could it work 100 percent when TX said themselves it wasn't 100 percent yet?

Think it depends on how the custom XCI was created. Seems that the XCIs created from a cart all fail (Game Cart Error message)... while the XCIs made from converted NSPs seem to be fine. A handful (bout 10%) of my custom XCIs work if I load them from SX Album. My custom XCIs ALL seem to work perfectly when installed to SD card though.

did you try reprocessing the ones that fail? I'm wondering if it's a bug from an old version that gets autofixed when processing or updating the files with a newer version. It was fixed fast on it's day but some people kept using an outdated version of the tool.

@garyopa does TX know that when you turn off stealth mode for online play it breaks the xci loading I was testing Mario Maker 2 but it freezes after the first intro screen. How can you access online?

Yes, it's possible. In the telemetry a lot about your switch is saved. For example the serial. I would recommend you actually use Incognito on the one you wish not to talk with Nintendo so you don't send away unwanted data.
is there a way to avoid burning the gc fuse when update the emunand to 9.0 with 6.2 sysnand? even if i use hekate with nogc protection?
