Hacking Question cant install nsp on my switch

Hi,
I'm having some issues with my switch I'm currently running atmosphere on it and my FW is 8.1.0 (AMS 0.9.2) I'm trying to install nsp files through goldleaf v 0.7.2 sometimes the file will go and do the installation and than when I'm trying to run the game it wont run or just crash and on other times it shows an error 2145-0001 and than on my homepage i see an icon that shows loading symbol but i cant run it or even delete it, I've tried with a few different files and all of them shows the same problem...
maybe you have any solution for this problem? or any guide i can look?

Few things
1. use v0.3 or 0.5 of goldleaf or try tinfoil if that works for you
2. Do you have all sigpatches and espatches? Get those if not
3. You can delete the existing games that dont run from system>data>
4. Maybe the files are corrupt try to download files from a different source
5. Have your memory card in fat32 cluster size 32kb

1.i will try that when i will be next to my switch
2.i really dont have a clue what are those sigpatches and im trying to figure it out at the moment maybe you can explain me this please?

5.my sd is on fat32

I got same problem. Juat follow the post above then load fusee.bin to load signpatch, This work for me. Good luck
