First of all, Master codes go in curly braces, not square brackets, ie. should look like the following

{Master Code}
580F0000 023457D8
580F1000 00000000
580F1000 00000090

This makes sure the code is auto-enabled as it's needed for the rest to function.

The HP does not decrease code looks like its set to Press the Left Dpad to activate, but it doesnt say that in the description.
I'll just upload what I assume are the original codes from 91wii.
You'll have to translate it yourself though.

you have to tap A quickly when the fish isnt pulling away, jumping, or doing anything really. if you try to either hold A or tap A when the fish is pulling, jumping, or doing anything other than just floating there you will break the line. you need to catch a few bloopers and 1 cheap cheap to get the 2 extra seashells

On AI, would an updated save help? BTW, it seems it has a timeline flowchart somewhat similar to Virtue's Last Reward, so any somnium that has been visited before can be selected to jump to in the timeline. Apparently there are multiple ways in some (all?) so it really would help a lot to have more time to explore and examine things without having to rush through.
