I have the latest version of Free McBoot and it comes with Codebreaker 9.2

Sadly, there are about 12 games so far that I want to use codes for that codes do not come preinstalled on the Codebreaker that I added manually. However, none of the cheat codes that I added manually are working with ANY game. I verified multiple times that the codes are indeed entered in correctly.

Two of the games that I added manually are Okami, and Mortal Kombat Armageddon

I tried codes listed here: https://www.neoseeker.com/okami/code_breaker/ps2/

and here: https://www.almarsguides.com/retro/walkthroughs/ps2/games/MortalKombatArmageddon/Codebreaker/

None of those are working.

I have been Googling around for five hours and I cannot find anything related to my issue. All that seems to come up are people using the PAL or JAP versions of games which is NOT the case for me. I am using the NTSC-U versions of all games. I tried burned games and actual PS2 discs and codes that I add manually do not seem to work whatsoever. All the codes that were preinstalled work flawlessly. However, nothing that I add works. Also many results in Google pertain to PCSX2 which I am NOT USING. I have been adding negative operators to death (-) to my search terms to exclude irrelevant information which typically leads to junk unrelated to even gaming results.

I made sure to save the Codebreaker changes to the memory card and all the codes are indeed selected and on, but nothing that I add works whatsoever.

I have a PS2 Slim SCPH 700012

Does anybody know what the problem could be?

To test, have one cheat selected along with ensuring the Must Be On code is also selected. The cheats seem correct. Possibilities: too many codes at once, typo, differing ID inside the .ISO maybe from a Greatest Hits release.

I have uploaded the Codebreaker Day1 files. They can be installed with a USB stick instead of typing every line of code.

The "Day 1" method DOES NOT WORK!! I made sure that the files were in the "Day 1" folder but when I go to Day 1 in the menu and select my flash drive, it ALWAYS says "No files available" :(

I Googled 'Codebreaker "No files available"' (Note the quotes) and yet again, ONLY junk results showed up! Not even related to gaming, and not even in English :(

Also, that youtube link is broken. It says "video not available"

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Nothing? :( I am not going to get any help from here :(

As usual. Like everywhere else when I post about an issue and I say that it does not work. Everybody ditches the topic instead of helping me further :( The internet is littered with unresolved topics of mine from various websites regarding various things because of this right here :'(

Hello.:)

From @zfreeman attached files please use the Codebreaker Day1 NTSC .CBCs.rar.
Inside this File ist the File okami.cbc
Put that file please on an FAT formatted USB Stick not too large (I do not know the maximum Size of USb Sticks you can use correctly,I use an 8 MB one).
Plug it in your PlayStation 2
Start Codebreaker from uLaunch or the FMCB Menu (I do not know where your Codebreaker.elf is installed).
Go to Last Icon DAY 1 and open it.

Tried it a moment ago and it worked.Maybe your Codebreaker Version is not the "right" for FMCB/Open PS2 Loader or whatever.:(

If the codes work or not can I not say, because i do not have this Game at hand, sorry.:)

I hope this helps you a little.
Good Luck.

Thank you.:)
