Look for the section that reads....
dmnt_cheats_enabled_by_default = u8!0x1
----change the 0x1 to a 0x0 then save.
Run the Game again, and when you get to the Menu or a Pause, Press the Home Button. Move to Album, Hold R and Press A. When you get to the Homebrew Menu, go to EdiZon. Move down to the Squared C Icon. Select which Cheats you want, then Press Home, and go back into the Game. Hopefully there will not be any Issues.

Cheat might be wrong, or Cheat might not be written correctly in the .txt File.
Or you are using a Plugin that is no Compatible. I know I had some Plugin, but it caused Issues, which is why I got rid of it.

Nice! Just need CP now. Ammo is... Eh, not really important since ammo is everywhere and very easy to find. And neither is health since you'd have tons of it when you max your VIT with CP.
