They are done using hex editor of a game save. If others can send their gamesaves to me i would be willing to edit them for you. Just use checkpoint to backup your saves to get tjem.

I know I do it for fun. Been doing cheat codes since the n64 gameshark but gamecube got me into hacking more. I skipped the wii because I couldnt find a usb gecko. Then the wii u came out and got jgecko which was awesome. Now I'm back into it but more for making it easier for my kids to get past their levels so I don't have to do the grunt work lol.

After finding out that the pc version of lego super villian has life at 200. For 4 hearts you get 8 hits. I'm trying to see if that value is the same on the switch right now.

Found the health address. Just got to find the pointers to it. Do this roughly 3 times in 3 different levels and compare the pointer addresses to each other to find the most viable one. May look into Lego Superheroes after this. I believe you could take multiple hits for each heart, so it reasons that this could be the same value.

I just really got to mess with this and I think its player 1 health. Anytime I switch to the second character in free play, their health goes down. But if I select another character in the selection screen, the health doesnt drop when hit.
Double checking the other characters health address right now.

See image. the amount 99989912 was originally 1120. 1120 has 4 digits. you can only edit it to 9999, however if you want to make it 99999999, you need to add additional bytes to the string, thus inserting 4 bytes after 1120 will give you 4 additional spaces for the additional 4 digits you want to add.

I get that. But it surprises me no one has updated the cheats for that game (MUA3), since it’s a very recent and “well-known” game.

I’d do it myself but my card is exFAT. I’m definitely gotta have to buy another card for emulators and this kind of stuff.
