Only thing I can possibly think of is that storagemgr is the culprit but I can't really disable that because I use an sd2vita.
Mmm... Besides the loading order (I have Storagemgr first, followed by rePatch and then Vitacheat), we have pretty much the same config.txt (I even have more plugins installed, but I just tested it by disabling everything else).

Try one last time, disabling everything but Storagemgr and Vitacheat (a simple '# ' at the start of each line should suffice), then delete the PCSG00351.PSV file from your Vitacheat db folder, make a new .PSV file and copy over the codes once again, copying over the new file to your db folder afterwards. Reboot your Vita so it reflects the changes you've made and then restart the game to see if they work now.

No dice. I guess it's just not going to work no matter what which makes no effing sense whatsoever. Unless it's down to plugin load order I have nothing else to try. Maybe post your config.txt?

I did try manually searching health/GP before but it cockblocked me there too, since trying to search the changed value failed (no changes in the initially searched addresses would ever appear)

To the guy/girl or anyone interested asking for editing HP values for SRW games.
SRW V and X applicable for both really, I did both but got lazy in Screenshoting X.
This for both stats, upgrade and Full Upgrade Bonus(The one chooses when all stats have 10 upgrades each).
Stats
Search HP in 32-bit or EN, Armor, Sight, Mobility in 16-bit. HP is easier though.
Status in Battle:
SuperRobotWarzV.jpg

What I am talking about:
SuperRobotWarzV.jpg

Explaining the Pic,
07 - The one where I am at is Move.
91 00 - Sight
78 00 - Mobility
08 07 - Armor
88 13 00 00 - HP, Max in Left, Current in Right.
BE 00 - EN, Same placement Above.

Edited Hex:
SuperRobotWarzV.jpg

Status:
SuperRobotWarzV.jpg

In Battle:
SuperRobotWarzV.jpg

See that? Lots amd Lots of Movement Covered. This is what I meant when I said it is best to do this via Intermission. Just save the hex as code, edit it then turn it on = profit!

Upgrades for Weapon, Stats and FUB.
Will allow you to upgrade for free, is permanent and can reach 15 w/o ng+. Assuming NG+ still offers 15upgrades and rechoose FUB.
Hex Pic:
SuperRobotWarzV.jpg

Status:
SuperRobotWarzV.jpg

Explanation,
At the top first
01 - the one next to 45 is Weapon Upgrades max of 0F
A0 AA 24 00 - the one at the bottom next to 01
A0 BC DE 0X - What I will call it for Convenience.
A - HP Upgrades
B - Sight/EN
C - EN/Sight(Maybe Upgrading them to check was bad when I pumped them Max straight Away)
D - Armor
E - Mobility
X - FUB 1-8 Only, Anything Above 8 is empty but acts as if you already choose one.
Mad Upgrades is A on Fresh NG but you can go F immediatelly.
Edited:

Pics of Result:

PS Now go Break an already Broken Game due to DLCs and make it easier or harder if you want.

Yo! Forgot to mention that what I posted for SRW V and X also works for SRW Z2 Hakai amd Saisei, Z3 Jigoku, Tengoku and Rengoku, and should work for T. I did this in PSP SRWs first and there are little to no variations.

Anyways, this is for Character Stats, Exp, Kills.Insta level 99 just by saving and loading that save, really quick G-Ace though you still need to kill one enemy and etc.
Soji will be our Model, why him you might wonder? Well, go get your own Chitose and Amari! Also the fact Iori is creepy, he is lanky, pasty and pale. I feel like he is the man behind the man and I was expecting him to betray Amari. He seriously looks like he is gonna Keel Over with a simple forehead flick.
Anyways search for your EXP in 16-bit or do what I do and search both kill and Exp in hex 32-bit.
006611B0 for example, 0066 is kills and 11B0 Exp.
Soji being a bro:
SuperRobotWarzV.jpg

Proof or something about hex editing:
SuperRobotWarzV.jpg

Explanation time.
Starting from the top after 01 01 02 01
42 00 - Max SP
A6 00 - CQB
A9 00 - Range
6A 00 - Hit
69 00 - EVD
87 00 - DEF
C0 00 - SKL
32 00 - Current/Starting SP
64 00 - Will/Morale to hell with Focus!
B0 11 - EXP, Max of 49000. 49000/500 = 98 Level Ups.
66 00 - Kills
Edited Randomlly and miscaculating hex for Exp:
SuperRobotWarzV.jpg

Soji, Ultimate Bro Mode:
SuperRobotWarzV.jpg

Can be made into codes. Character Order follows either the Pilot/Mech in Pilot List. This is easier done once you have every character including secrets.
Parts
Gives All Parts, easy and no need to carefully and meticuously edit a slot.
First, search for your Item, the Total which is All in 32-bit and buy it in the Vault to increase and research.
You can also search for this 0000nnAL in 32-bit.
AL is All while nn = All - Left = How Many are equipped.
Power Parts:
SuperRobotWarzV.jpg

What you should be looking for:
SuperRobotWarzV.jpg

Explanation, I just go upwards to show the beginning. As you can see, I am at the second FF. First FF is irrelevant and is always dedicated to remove.
FF 00 - this is what we want.
FF - Part itself, FF means not acquired. Jist change to how many you want nd it is instant.
00 - How Many is equipped. Just leave it as it is.
Editing:
SuperRobotWarzV.jpg

Power Parts:
SuperRobotWarzV.jpg

See, I inserted booster. I was being Lazy but you get the idea.
Notes - Go to Akurasu/Akarasu.net, Either of the two, haven't been there for a while but it has every list of parts, pilots, mechs and secrets. The Parts Page has everything even DLC ones most of it are arranged in the order the game uses so you can just count and choose which one you wanna get or just do them all Pokemon style. Gotta Have Em' All! Cn be made into code.

I give up, after days and days trying, there is no way to unlock DLCs for Toukiden 2 and Kiwami. The Mission Collections are large because they actually insert addtional datas. It also includes all datas for those blank weapons and Armors. It is not bad since you get what you pay for. The Mitama DLCs I will recheck Sugi Fumi which is paid in Kiwami might be included in the setup I will be talking about. The other 6 DLC Mitamas in Toukiden 2, the non pre-order ones are just as weird as the other 4 which are preorders. I said weird since all of them actually need to be seen via message. Receive the message and boom you get them even if you do not accept them and are still marked by gift Icon if using my hex edit way. After stalking lotsa boards I remember to recheck one I read in passing.
Hopefully this next part is not violating the rules as I am not going to say anuthing mkre about how I manaved to get the rest.
The topic said that DLCs that are 100kb jn size average are part of the initial game.
These mitamas are those 100kb dlcs and they there now, I rechecked using a new character and get them the message way and they still appear in the area of hex all Mitamas fall under. I also checked the size of Fugaku/Nagi, Ibuki/Ouka and Hayato/Reki DLCs and they are also in 100kb range. The shitty part is their IDs are blanks before I got the Message I have them and now they are available and what do you see? They are no longer Blanks when inserted. Sad part are these are paid DLCs which should be free. The messages only acts as checks jn a similar way the Material Encyclopedia does in showing we are elligible for the DLCs or new wares for the latter. These are all Mitama DLCgotten in messages, except Minamoto which is always your first Mitama.

Does anyone know how to make all items appear in digimon cs? I know you can activate the 999 items cheat, but it only affects items you currently have, and items you have not collected do not appear. looking to get the medals I'm missing. Any help is appreciated.

You might need to look for the actual item slots themselves first. Then manually insert them.

I've found the item slot but I'm unsure on how to proceed. I used medals i already have and i just found out their item numbers and took note of the surrounding values while i compared them to eachother and then i went and sold the medals to the medal man, once done i went and reinserted all the values i took note of, but the medals will not reappear until i happen to collect them again. Never ran into this issue before so I'm at a loss on how else to insert the item besides adding the item number into the slot and changing the 0 to number of however many you want. I feel like I'm missing something obvious though like perhaps there is another 0 that need to be changed to a 1 somewhere lol.

Have you tried editing any item to see if they will change. There are some games that doesn't allow item inserting but will allow you to edit the item into another one like HDNReBirth series. I do not have the game anymore so I cannot do it with you.

Gotcha yes i have also tried this as well, with no luck, but thinking back maybe a reboot is neded for it to take effect like when the codes first came out.

Update: nope rebooting and activating cheats before game start doesn't work either, not sure what's going on here, I'm just going to grind the medals i guess, i only need like 75 anyway so not too bad lol.

Hi, i have a problem with Toukiden Kiwami cheats (PCSE00467). For some reason, i cant get it to work, the cheats are there but when i activated the cheats, the game freeze or the cheats have no effect. I never have a problem with other cheats and games. Already try reinstalling the game itself, vitacheat and the cheats (even i copy manually on the vitacheat built in cheat editor). I have the same problem on my two PS Vitas. (The two are fat model, oled screen, with sdtovita, one of 64gb and the other 32gb, also both have ps vita original memory. Both Henkaku Enzo, one o 3.60; the other on 3.65) If someone can help me, i really apreciate it.
PD:In both consoles, im on the start of the game, only 1 hour play or so.

Thanks Happy it could help. Right now I am hoping to see if DLCs can be unlocked via hex edit, similar to the DBZ thread by Yohoki?(if memory serves me right). Thing is I would really want to have Ouka and Nagi Costumes(They are my Kiwami Waifus) and maybe Reki's too as the costume look awesome. The other are missions, the fact is one needs a PS4 to DL them there, then reDL in Vita via purchased DLCs and I have no PS4. I already managed to edit Oni Encyclopedia, now I do not need to guess nor fight Oni once to know weakness and it includes the DLC Onis(Kiwami Onis) in the list.
Yep. That was me.

The DLC for DBZ was kind of a special case, because the DLC items were actually all already on the disc. When purchasing the DLC, you simply get a tiny download that flips a bit from 0 to 1 but doesn't actually download the data for the dlc, since it's already there. So, when I made an "Unlock all items" code and knew the start and end position of all items, they were unlocked as well.

From what I can tell on your posts, you've already found the beginning and the end of the items, but DLC items aren't there. They probably actually aren't there at all untill you download the DLC and install it.

Yup, you are right. Those blank results that doesn't cause crashes are the items themselves. One needs to have the DLC then receive a letter form Slayer HQ. I actually tried installing the game but not the DLCs in my other MMC and no Toukiden Bonus and the above is in effect. Even deleting the DLCs once I get the Armor ccauses the game to remove them immediately. Oh well, it was a shame but worth it. The stuff I learned helps a lot in other games. I was actually doing this for Salt and Sanctuary right now, my Pauper lugging a shiny Spear instead of Pitchfork haha. I forgot to back up my save and rekilling Unspeakable Deep for the Drops sucks.
