ok so got NAND backup safe and sound , sysnand on ofw 3.0.2 emunand 8.0.1, everything working fine,can i use wifi on emunand ? not for online play but for homebrew or in general ,, also what is this controller update thing keeps showing up after i updated

If you use 90dns and/or incognito is safe to run WiFi for non Nintendo stuff.

Backup of ofw sysnand is not needed if you boot cfw emunand only and you never run cfw on sysnand.

Great choice! That’s the best way, you can use WiFi on emunand just fine. The controller update is fine, do it. It’s cuz of 8.1
