the snow screen but after i chnage new boot.dat its fine WHY?????

Try to redownload the boot.dat again if it still showing the same screen, it can be corrupted data, hardware problem or sd card issue etc.

Is it like this without SX os? If yes then your screen is broken but at least you can play on TV.

last time i was use FTPD to transfer the boot.dat so show the snow screen
and this time i redownload the boot.dat usd sd reder to transfer the boot.dat

it fix this problem!!! WHY?????

Probably file corruption through ftpd.
