Homebrew Cannot load HBL (Blue screen with white bubbles)?

Do you have Haxchi downloaded? Theres a difference. CBHC is a Boot Loader (Not really, but for all practical purposes it is) while Haxchi is an exploit which happens after you open the game. But HBL is partially loading, so it's probly not that. Just reinstall it.
Well I'm on CBHC so I assume haxchi works

I got the exact same problem. I just tried homebrew for the first time yesterday (through browser exploit) the only app i got on the sd is "wuphax"

Run 'Homebrew App Store Installer' from loadiine.ovh. Then try it maybe. Not sure this will do anyhting but you can try it.

Well, time to start deleting all my homebrew apps and seeing if any are the culprit.
EDIT: Wow! After deleting all my homebrew apps and putting only a couple that I really need, it started to work again!

    There was a time where we were able to bypass the school's network using a VPN that wasn't blocked on the radar. Can't exactly remember the name, but I was able to watch YouTube.
