I want to wipe my eShop Account from my EmuMMC and AFAIK the only way I can do that is by factory resetting the console, but doesn't it reset the console (turn it off and on)? Will that screw up the reset, since once it does reset won't will go back into my SysNAND? Should I temporarily enable AutoRCM, or can I just format it with no issues, I've disabled Wireless and deleted my EmuNAND's PRODINFO, and I haven't been banned yet, so I want to be as safe as possible and remove my eShop Account from my Switch.

So?
Launch the payload and then start pressing both volume buttons.
Maintenance mode will come up. You can also reset the console through settings.

I did a system reset of my emummc and it worked fine. After it rebooted I shut down went back into RCM and it asked me to reconfigure my emummc.

I got it working, my issue was I didn't want it to connect to the internet to unlink my eShop Account, which was still connected and could have made me vulnerable to a ban, I used the maintenance mode to reset with AutoRCM enabled so it wouldn't reboot into SysNAND, I have Incognito enabled and will be using 90DNS as well, I'll have to pirate all the games and DLC I own because obviously I won't be able to download it from the eShop and I know a place.

There is nothing to gain from removing a linked Nintendo Account in the first place. Certain content requires a linked Nintendo Account in order to run (e.g. NES app, Mortal Kombat 11, Bloodstained, Stardew Valley, Pianista). And you can get banned without having a linked Nintendo Account so it does nothing at affecting your chances of being banned. Lastly, no correlation has been shown for two or more consoles sharing the same Nintendo Account while one of them is using CFW.

Really? You'd think Nintendo would utilize eShop Accounts to ban consoles. So just deleting my PRODINFO with Incognito should suffice and keeping my EmuNAND offline (or online with 90DNS) and my SysNAND 100% clean should protect me?

Bans are primarily console bans. Account bans aren't very useful especially since you can easily make a new account for free while a console ban requires paying another $300 to replace it.
