If the above isn't showing for some reason:

The above shows about 20 seconds of waiting from pressing the power button to getting the Horizon boot logo.
I believe one of these is a hekate custom bootlogo (from my configuration), but that's the only boot logo I want and need, why does every single step of the way believe to want a bootlogo.
Hekate: bootlogo
Fuse-primary: debug text (basically bootlogo)
Sept: bootlogo
atmosphere (custom?): bootlogo
atmosphere (built in): bootlogo
then finally, horizon's bootlogo
then finally at the switch setup intro movie.

The custom atmosphere one I can get rid of, but the rest i'm unaware.
If it so worry you then don't use heckate and other things.
I use only
Fuse-primary: debug text (basically bootlogo)
atmosphere (custom?): bootlogo
then finally at the switch setup intro movie.

I even don't know why or how you have so much of them...

Those are the 3 that they are showing, but atmosphere has two bootlogos.

It's really stupid, yeah. We didn't had any extra logo with 3DS (well, not with luma. We had with rxtools), so I don't get why we need so many in Switch.

Different software that loads. Still while the logos are shown, the software is working in the background.

If it is the case where they are actually just displaying the image while cranking some numbers, thats fine, just I was under the assumption they are blatantly freezing execution just to pointlessly show a vanity logo or debug text.
Also I still dont get why there's 2 atmosphere bootlogo's, this may just be on my end im not sure. :l

Aint doing work in the bg

Ah, yes, the good ol' The software is working in the background. Only hekate seems to be doing "work in the background", but by that it really means "Taking time decompressing/loading the splash screen, then do work, then turn off the screen".

(Well, eQlipse, formerly known as Project Home, is going to have it's own logo :P)

As you can see in this post, people would prefer to be able to omit it xD

No, not really. Programming for Android for quite long I can tell you rarelly do something in background while the logo (or splashscreen) is running. Most of the times, you just give a delay as shown above.

Then please do edit the source code of said payloads and see if they boot faster without the logos.

I don't even use cfw on my Switch lmao. The question is, have you done it? You seen too sure about that.
Nope, but I've seen multiple times people complain about logos it's either the things are doing stuff in the background or have something todo with timing. I however don't mind the logos since I reboot my switch like every new moon. So I hardly see them at all. Plus if they bug anyone, they can just edit the source code and remove said logos. And see if they boot faster.

The code implies just a wait, and not something else. And not because it doesn't bother you it doesn't mean it don't bither other people. There's no need to defend something you doesn't have proof of, mate.
Eather way, I respect you.

Of course not, I've seen the source code. That's why I however are curious if those timers are removed/lowered if they Switches will bootfaster. Since if they do, it's silly to have them that long.

Yeah. Won't confirm it 100% (not everybody can be sure of everything), but that's what a dely do. I don't see any pararel threads doing anything, so the dely is just to show the logo. Splashscreens use to take up 3 to 5 seconds.

I really hate the sept bootlogo. Its like not completly not needed. If I wouldn't be that dumb, I would recompile sept without that bootlogo.

You can't anyway. You need a key that's only known to Nintendo/nVidia and SciresM. Unless said key leaked somewhere that I don't know about.
