I haven't (stupidly) created any nand backup before i modded my switch and now that emuMMC is a thing i want to try creating a nand to play online, there is no way that i can create a nand? Is not a problem if i have to format my switch.

You can create a nand backup in hekate incase you brick your switch but it won't be clean so you can't just restore it and play online

So even if i format to zero my switch it will never be a clean backup?
There is a setting in recovery menu to format all the data.

Recovery does not remove log files it doesn't remove other things too that can be detected of CFW use

If you have kept your switch offline and never gone online then you can build a clean nand manually. There are plenty of guides on here for that. The problem is if you ever went online then your clean nand wont match the error logs and data Nintendo has on your switch when it was last online. Ban time!

By saying "you never been online you mean like never connected to a game or eshop?
Because i've never did that, the switch just updated once, but i've never connected to anything

If it updated by itself it had to go online. I dont think you can avoid a ban at this point

You can make a clean nand - pretty easily:

Restore your switch to factory settings: Then dump your nand.

Open the dumped nand with hackdiskmount and dump the user partition to a file.
Open the dumped user partition file with winhex (in place edit mode) and change every byte to 00 - then save.
In hackdisk mount replace the new (zero'd) user partition file. (use biss key 3 first before mounting - test before mounting)
Format that with fat32/16KB
Unmount the user partition.

Now you'll have a clean nand - that you can compress to just over 1GB.

All you're game save, old installs, logs etc with be gone. You can then flash that back to your nand - and your switch will be all new and cleaned out. (Always have an alternative backup incase you mess up though).

So with that i will have a modded nand with all the saves and a clean nand with no things on that i can use to play online?

No way to do it manually?

I've re-cereated my nand to clean state a few times like that - and reflashed and gone online again with no issues. I'm still not banned yet and don't really foresee any issues. You can also turn off the option to share your logs in the Nintendo settings menu if you're worried that all your logs have been deleted.
