Push hekate and promptly back up raw nand, boot0 and boot1

Thats the plan - Is there a guide somewhere on how to do that? I know how to push hekate obviously, but is there a guide on how to backup nand, boot0 and boot1?

P.S - Should I reformat my 64gb micro sd card that is in my switch before doing any of this?

It is recommended to use FAT32 not exFAT, cluster size would be 32kb.

Alright thanks, kinda sucks though because I am going to lose all the games I got on the eshop, and since my system will be modded when this is all over, I wont be able to redownload them. Oh well. lol

Just to be clear, after pushing Hekate, I am hitting "Launch" and then backing up Boot0/1 and RAW GPP?

Go to tools tab, then backups backup the emmc boot0/boot1 and raw gpp (Raw NAND)

Okay I am going to format my SD card right now, on my PC with Rufus to FAT32 with 32kb Cluster, then Once it's done I am going to put it back into my Nintendo Switch and push hekate and backups RAW and boot0/boot1

Diablo 3/Super Smash Bros/Dead Cells/Zelda Hyrule Warrios Definitive Edition/cant remember what else but 2 or 3 others. Then I have Splatoon 2 and Xenoblade Chronicles 2 as physical copies.

im really only losing Diablo 3 and super smash bros because those are the only onces I play online, and its rare. I dont really play splatoon 2 anymore.

I read something months ago about people that modded their systems and they backed up they're entire SD cards, and backed up NAND, and whenever they wanted to play their legit games they owned online again, they would restore the NAND and the SD card back to its original state. Did anyone ever find out if that was bannable? When I read about it months ago, no one had been banned who was doing it exactly liek that yet.

As long the NAND backup is from pre CFW state, you should be fine, you can also get SX OS and set up an emunand and use the Sysnand to play online.

I am having serious trouble trying to get into RCM mode to backup my NAND and Boot0/1 LOL.

Nah I can get into RCM mode easy, but here is my issue. I get the switch into RCM mode, and then when I plug it into my PC to push hekate, the switch turns on when I plug it in to my PC...

nvm I figured it out, I plugged my switch into my PC BEFORE entering RCM mode, now its working!

I just backed up Boot0 and Boot 1 and I am currently Backing up Raw GPP!

How long does it take to backup Raw GPP? It went to 1% then 2% and then it went back to 0% but the progress bar turned green.... (Originally at 1% and 2% the progress bar was GREY)

And I am just wondering how long it takes because if it takes more than 20 min then I am going to go to bed and let it backup while i sleep.
