ROM Hack Question Is there any cheat system just like PSP's CW Cheat?

I was wonder is there a cheat system just like PSP's CW Cheat?
I mean it can easy to search the value and change/lock value without memory edit.

SXOS have it inbuilt as well.

Get cheats from either GBAtemp's download section or for example Max-cheats.

But for Switch is harder to make cheats files in comparison to PSP because many values are not signed to one place in memory. So have that in mind when you will think why there is so small cheat database.
