Boot into SX OS boot Menu, go to Options => AutoRCM => Uninstall AutoRCM
See if your EmuNand will boot.
Since your EmuNand is Hidden partition, as far as the Switch or SX OS is concerned it doesn't care, what it does care is the data partition where all the files are kept, which for you is exFAT.
Because you updated the firmware using ChoiDujourNX and didn't select exFAT, here are a couple options to consider:
- In theory, this should work, backup ALL the files on your exFAT partition on the SD CARD to your PC, then you need to format exFAT partition to FAT32 using such apps like Gui Format. No need to worry about formatting your hidden partition, since it's hidden you wont be able to format it, just in case the format app sees the hidden partition, just make sure your formatting the exFAT partition only to FAT32. Once your SD CARD is FAT32, copy back your files (However if you have files larger than 4GB in size (XCI's), you will not be able to copy these, just leave these out for now) and try booting into EmuNand. If you to use exFAT again, then reinstall the FW 8.0.1 update again, this time disable AutoRCM and select exFAT. Once EmuNand is working, then you need to re format your FAT32 back to exFAT and copy all your stuff back again.
- If you got NO important stuff on your EmuNand, like installed NSP's, then just bite the bullet and format the exFAT to FAT32, boot into your EmuNand, then reinstall the FW 8.0.1 update again, this time disable AutoRCM and select exFAT. Once EmuNand is working, then you need to re format your FAT32 back to exFAT.
Next don't be so trigger happy and tap away, go slow and read what is on the screen.
