Use hekate to check the number of burnt fuses against THIS. 7.x updated the burnt count to 9. If they burnt on 8.0 it should be 10.

Nah they still have 50 odd fuses left.

My guess from what I've seen devs talk about, is they kept the same master key so they decided not to burn.
