Hello there.

I have a few questions about a ban and if i buy a new tablet.
1. Can I use my old Games on it (without ban or does the game card cert gets locked too)?

Im really not sure but maybe you are :)
Thanks!

Not sure what you meany by old games as there are multiple game formats and ways to play so I'll divide it up into multiple categories:
  1. Offline cartridges are unaffected by any bans as its offline and the cartridges aren't tied to a console.
  2. If you mean play them online, it depends. If your cartridge headers are banned, this is obviously a no-go. The relevant error code is 2124-4025. However if they are not banned, its another crossroads. If you never went online with those cartridges on the banned Switch, Nintendo should not be able to associate those cartridges with the banned Switch on your new one. However if you did go online with those cartridges on the banned Switch and the headers aren't banned yet, then you risk getting the second console banned as those headers may be flagged for a ban due to them being used on a hacked console
  3. Digital games can be playable as long as you link the same Nintendo Account on your hacked console onto your other console assuming the account is not banned which you can check by trying to log into their website with that account. If it works, the account is not banned but if it doesn't, its most likely banned if you entered the information correctly. However account bans are on the rare side so more likely than not, the account is fine. And as long as the account is not banned, you can also play the games online. Whether or not you can play them offline will depend if you link your account as the Primary or Secondary on the second console. Designating the new console as the Primary will allow you to play your digital titles offline but if its a Secondary, the games will only work while the Switch is connected to the Internet. Here is a link on how to change the Primary account holder for your Nintendo Account.

thank you but how can i check if the header is unbanned?
and i understand it as that
1. no
2. no because my error code by entering the ESHOP is 2124-4508 and my Error Code for Puyo Puyo Tetris is the same other Cardridges arent in the Switch because i never switched the card only before the ban and the other cards was only XCIs does a XCI contain this Header if no Cert is dumped?
3. no if you unlink the old switch and what do you mean with offline not online again?
and btw pls dont answer so technicly

Not sure if you can check if the header is banned if the console is already banned because the error code you're getting is a console ban error code. You might need an unbanned console to check if the headers are already banned.

Also you don't seem to understand the difference between Primary and non-Primary consoles. You can read about the differences from Nintendo here.

Lastly, technical explanations are better than spoonfeeding answers because not only will you learn what the answer is but you can help other people who have similar questions in the future. I'll be as technical as I want especially since it seems no one else is responding to your thread :)

But then i cant make sure to dont get banned. Do i must now check all of my Game Cards for this Ban ID?

If you don't check if you are banned, then you basically ban yourself. You would be risking a ban anyway if you're not already banned so it doesn't make a difference if you do it now or later. Its impossible to "safely" check if you are banned because that implies you are risking a ban if you ever go back online.

OK, thank you for this information but 1 last question where is the Cert saved

I meant the console eshop cert
You mean your console's unique certificate? It is stored in Prodinfo. If you want a more specific location, you can check the code in Incognito which specifically wipes the certificate so it should have the location in the source.

So in the NAND?

Then can't you unban yourself when you brick the NAND send it to Nintendo and they put a new motherboard in the switch
Well, they don't always have to replace the motherboard. And even if they do, they might return you a patched console on the newest firmware ;)

Besides, Nintendo repairs are not cheap and cost about as much as a used console on eBay so really, its the most inefficient way of getting unbanned.
