Hardware PC not picking up DS4 analog stick

What is it with my computer?
So this has been a problem for a while now, nothing is picking up analog stick movements from my DualShock 4 controller. It’s like this on all my programs including: DS4 windows, steam, Cemu, Dolphin emulator, all of my emulators actually.
My Xbox one controller works fine though. I tried reinstalling DS4 windows. Nothing.

At first glance it sounds like the physical stick is broken. Someone more educated than me could get you some better ideas though.

If you connect via wire rather than Bluetooth, does anything change?

If you go into Settings > Devices > controller properties, I forget which tab, there should be a tab showing you any input you make (buttons, sticks, etc). Do you see any input registered when you move the stick around?

Which Windows do you have ?
Can your "pair" it sucessfully with Windows ? (PlayStation + Share Button until the LED of your PS4 controller starts flashing).Maybe an PIN-Code is needed (4 times "0000").An then activate per PlayStation Button.

EDIT: Sorry i didn´t notice you can also connect it via USB.My fault.

It works fine when I plug it in. It's just wireless issues.
