  • Nintendo DMCA'd them.

  • TX took the money and ran .

  • TX was loosing money because of ATMOS so they couldn't afford to pay their bills.

Regarding the Facebook post shared here: it's fake.. or at least not confirmed. TX doesn't have an official Facebook page.

the post on the facebook page looks like its been deleted now.

possibly who ever posted it here also posted it on the facebook page?

Again: How does a facebook community post proves anything?
The names listed for the current and previous owners of TX are accurate for starters, not to mention that the dude who has been arrested has been arrested before for cracking shit ( https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paradox_(warez) ), meaning it also connects an earlier dot about TXs owner having federal search warrants on his head (m4xws comments during the retroarch debacle revealed that).

Basically, it's a bunch of dots so that eventually the next dot being part of a line is a reasonable conclusion.

Due to server maintenance the website including SX portal and forums are temporarily offline.

All sites will be back online in the next 24-48 hours.

Please be patient and sorry for the delay.

That was just posted on the facebook page, don't know how official the page is though.

Okay so edit DMCA to copyright complaint. The entire point in my post was supposed to be an over-simplification of the on-going situation with the conclusion:.

Editing DMCA to 'copyright complaint' does not fix your post. The issue here isn't one of copyright.

I do not care what moronic point you are trying to make. I will continue to say things that are true and you will have to deal with it.

On the flip side, anybody with your level of knowlege could have crafted it. Also anybody with actual true info would probably know better than post it on an potentially fake facebook community page. And finally, this same exact post was posted here (word for word) much earlier today.

This seem to be a loose dot to me, but I could also be wrong.

Well, I bought my sx os almost a year ago. Even if for whatever reason they don't come back, I still have a working product. I understand my view point isn't a universally accepted one, but whatever.

I just hope they drop a new os revision when it comes back up.

If they don't come back, you will eventually be unable to play newer games with SX OS, and it probably won't take long for newer system versions to become incompatible with an emuNAND setup.

When a new Switch update comes out that breaks CFW, it usually requires an update from SX OS to fix a lower version emuNAND existing concurrently with an up to date sysNAND.

when support ends someone will most likely crack it & continue updating it or if requested TX might make SX OS open source

That seems pretty legit, anyone with more knowledge than me can confirm?
