Hello all,
I was able to jailbreak my switch.
It originally arrived with 4.1.0. I was able to backup my nand, keys and update to 7.0.1 with Choi.

After backing up everything on 7.0.1 and obtaining the keys I installed tinfoil v1.2. I was unable to figure out how to install nsp so I installed Goldleaf 0.4. The installation went smooth on kosmo with the patches. I kept on receiving hangups after installing 1 nsp (install an nsp and then it would crash).

Now on 0.3 nsp installation (via usb) is better, no hangups but I am still limited to 1 nsp per reboot.
Any help installing nsp?
Would the 0.5 be better?
Is it because I have exfat sdcard?

Any suggestions on how to install nsp?
Thank you in advance.

Thank you, I did a search for 0.5 and was unable to find it. I will try it once I am home later on tonight.

Last few questions
-If goldleaf works I will not need tinfoil?
-Will goldleaf nightly allow me to do multiple install without having to reboot my system?
-is USB install the fastest way to install nsp?
-what else can I do with my keys from lockpick?

Thank you.

There is no official release. That's why I gave you a link (it is in the "here" word).: https://bsnx.lavatech.top/checkpoint/
Tinfoil is very outdated (if you mean the official one). Goldleaf is its successor.
Yes.
Probably.
Nothing. You don't need them for goldleaf.

Hey Kubas_inko

I am still having problems. I was able to install some NSP but others nsp makes goldleaf freeze. for example, i was able to install a NSP but when i try to install the update it hangs. I did notice a crash when i activate the usb and then if i hit the home button i receive this screen. Any suggestions???????

I will try this once I cant figure out whats the problem. Some people are stating that they are able to install with 0.5. thank you

I have the same problem with goldleaf on atmos 8.5, too. I have to use old good tinfoil.
does your goldleaf crashes when you hit the usb mode and then press the home button?

is there a way to close goldleaf without it crashing?

Using exfat - goldleaf 0.3 + goldtree 0.3 works. Just have to close the application after every install (5/5 NSP install).
I was unable to install anything on goldleaf 0.5..........prob need to format my sd card clean and try again.

Question, when should I ignore the software version (I am on 7.0.1) when installing nsp?

You can ignore it every time. It won't do any harm. So always ignore the fw version.
Otherwise, it's needed only when updates need higher FW than you are currently on.
thank you. does that also applies for dlc and updates?

Hi guys, I also have 7.0.1 and goldleaf. The NSP install goes great, but how do I start the game up? In the official 'home' menu? When I do that, it gives a error...

Oh, It worked this time, thank you! Btw do you know where I can find a tool to dump my cardridge ?

I think I have seen this option in goldleaf or tinfoil as I am fairly new and I am trying to stick with goldleaf (like the design). But tinfoil people like more I guess.

Is it piracy if it was released for free? Not in my opinion, but I also think it's not piracy if buying it isn't owning it, and it's not piracy if you can't buy it from the original creators anymore.
