Also, should I try to download the 1.00 version of the game somewhere to use the cheats then? Or is it possible to downgrade it and save some time?

Ahh don't bother, it was definitely something on my end. I went back and took a look at one my codes and one of them definitely changed on me(after months of using it with no issue), it was the infinite dispatch code I kind of suspected earlier. This is still on the non updated version of the game so I'm going to try making a pointer on this version first and see if that also works for the updated version of the game.

Trying to get a 2nd memory dump is another issue for me as I can't seem to get the address to change, like I said I've use that code for months and it never changed on me no matter how many times I restarted my Vita. So I may need a bit more time.

Posted @nolberto82 's Codes from GameHacking and here on GitHub Collection. Informed me that the Codes are for the US Versions of '1001 Spikes', Resident Evil 2-Revelations', and 'Uncharted-Golden Abyss' .
For 2 of them, they are B200 Codes, which I am wondering if they are able to be used in other Regions like the Codes for 'Sky Force' from Speedfly. Same Format, B200, but can be used with other Regions. If anyone wants to test and see, let me and nolberto82 know the results. Will mark them down.

@nolberto82 : Probably need to write up a little Tutorial to help others be able to find Codes. That way there is not a lot of Request put solely on you or those on Speedfly. Not to mention, who knows when or if Codes will be made for specific Games, and have Users constantly making Request for them.

It will give you infinite of whatever item you choose. You can only carry 1 item, so there is no quantity. This will just give you whatever item you want and it will never be used up.

I added some extra bits that you'd also normally get when downloading a .psv file. It's mainly to make finding more codes easier and to give credit. Just save this as PCSG01179.psv and you're good to go.

i just tried to use the cheat in babel tower mode, i have the joker and 3 small juice, so i press square in the cheat to activate it, but it doesn't work.

@StepOfDeath: I've fiddled with the Disgaea 3 codes some more. All the codes I made work fine for me on the non updated version of the game. My only issue is the dispatch code is different, I'm thinking I may have did a bad search for that code as I can't get it to change. If I remember right I think I used a 16bit search when I made it instead of an 8bit search.

But since you said none of the codes work I'm guessing its the update so I'm going to try updating my game and see if anything needs fixing.
