i had gotten that message one time with one of the metal slugs games, the reason it says "Proceed at your own risk" is because sometimes the codes can still work. There should have been a button to copy the codes over to the build id and try the codes out...

Yes it does, but no cheats to give you all equipable items (weapons, armor, ect )

When you get that error it is because you do not have the proper update for the game which the cheats were made with. Sometimes you can copy the codes for your build, but most often then not you need to update or downgrade to the version that the cheats were made for.

Lost Sphear - anything to reduce the grinding. Money / Exp Doubler / etc
Mario + Rabbids - anything to reduce the grinding.
The World Ends With You - anything to reduce the grinding. Played this game in the past and would rather breeze through it.
TIIK Postmodern RPG - Trivialize the combat entirely plz, this game's combat is lame.
Unworthy - HP or Sinner Heart cheats. Got tired of the game but I want to finish it.
Wargroove - Gold cheats to make it less of a slow game.
