Failed to to open NRO file. May also happen when SD card isn't inserted / SD mounting failed earlier.

Sounds like your .nro isn't where it should be.

It's a joke. There is no ETA but June 15th is a long running thing from the initial release of Atmosphere.

June 15th is when fusee gelee was originally going to be released and then kate gave the impression that atmosphere would be released then and so people expected it, even though it was probably not going to happen. So now whenever atmosphere is released, it's declared that today is June 15th.

The next atmosphere will likely be released before the real June 15th, probably.

Only if they hold on to it so they can release it on June 15th, otherwise its more likely they'll release it before.

As time goes by without progress then the chance increases that the project will be abandoned.

First, some things are done privately. Second, the new bootloader might be an altogether new project. 7.0.x support will probably come well before the real June 15. "June 15" is code for "it will be ready when it's ready."
