for change the item list look in info folder u can find the other 2 languages.
copy the language you want into the info folder

It happens when u dont delete The initial bytes on the Pc raw.

Not really, you'll need to edit a specific region of the decompressed save file to enable/disable DLCs.
From what I uncovered, the DLC offsets are from 0xA5824 - 0xA5A40 where each DLC is 4 bytes long.

u can edit grade
u must open u save game with this program
and go on file and export u save
now u can use a hex editor to edit u grade
if u finished it import it and save
