Hacking Question about installing xci through sxos2.5.1

im assuming you can delete the original xci from sd card after install to save space but where does the game install go on the Nintendo folder

it seems to install the .nca files that are inside the .xci just like .nsp would do when installing them

Yes, content would go to the Nintendo/Emutendo directory.

Works very well though best update to sxos yet

You could also use a hard drive to simply copy it from your computer to the hard drive put the hard drive in the dock and install the xci without having to remove the sd card from the Switch, or just play the xci from your hard drive

But since hard drives are read only you can't delete games from it on the Switch.
