Having the USB stick sticking out of the bottom is a bit of a uh... Issue.
Wouldn't you be installing the games to your SD though? I don't see how that would be an issue when games only take like 10 minutes to install if they're really big.

XCI files don't need to be "installed", so what are you going on about?

This is awesome, nice work! All we need is Plex/SMB support and we're golden :D

Mine was just a PoC, and I lost interest on making a proper one.
Seems awesome!

Then, as I've stated before, you should have just said so. Instead, you left people in the dark and waiting for a project that would never be fully realized, making other developers go "okay someone else is doing it, I won't." so that it'd take much longer for something like this to pop up. You do this with all your projects. You need to specfically state on all your previous projects whether or not you've "lost interest" with them so that people can stop waiting and start working on alternatives. I have no beef with you, just how you tease people with your unfinished products.

Can't play mkv videos... I tried everything, putting the hbloader.nsp (also, how does that file work? I'm having an headache to understand how that file work) into my ReiNX folder, using the slow buffer... But nothing. It just crashes. Nice app though.

Edit: Just solved, I dowloaded the wrong file. It was hbmenu.nsp, not hbloader.nsp!

In the few next days I'll try to make a proper nsp "loader" for pplay so people are less confused.

Hope you get first place, OP. This is such a crucial app to the Switch. Had me a fun little Goosebumps: The Haunted Mask 2 viewing before a nap, lol. It's been perfect!

thanks ! had the latest hb menu and atmo though. (in home streaming seemed to work fine before too, and it used OC) was it a ram issue ?

Seems like it benefits from the 3gb nsp ram vs the 1gb via the album.
