I took a look at SMO for 9999 coins - and I narrowed my search to 3 hits of 16bit unsigned, and my results do not match the confirmed working results

I get these 3 HEAP locations:

Which converts to:

reboot the game then use the Ram Editor to jump to your previous found address, if the value still matches what you were searching for, then it might be static address, if it doesn't matches then it is dynamic address (there is no easy tool to make such cheats now)
if it is static then you coild use Codetype 1 to make the cheat code, usually 1 line code

address found in Main + 0x...... are 99.99% static address
address found it Heap + 0x.... are much lower % static address (maybe under 30%)
address found in Base + 0x.... maybe 100% dynamic address

I'm taken to a screen with 16 groups of 2 alpha numeric entries, and on the far left of the screen it shows the candidate I selected to modify. But these codes are only 24 alphanumeric where as the RAM EDITOR shows 32?
