Why is everyone so impatient. Everything works fine on 6.1.0. I don't see any rush to update. If you updated your firmware before a sx os update. That's 100% your fault. You should know not to do that until it's been deemed safe.

Yes I dont understand if its better to wait a year because of key generations etc.. then theY SHOULD.

I use sx os myself. It seems if you were trying to imply that I was talking bad about sx os which isn't the case. So slow your roll kid I don't give a fuck about what other cfw's do. There is always a chance of getting banned while using cfw. It's only been stated about every system thay has ever been modded. Let that soak into that thick skull.

So let me get this right, you never downloaded or installed any nsp titles also never been online and you got banned. I doubt very much that’s the case you must of done something wrong down the line to flag up the heads at Nintendo to issue a full console ban they wouldn’t just ban you for starting up cfw. It makes me smile when users of cfw claim they are issued a full console ban for just starting up cfw.

Signing online on a rgh 360 without a stealth server will get you instant banned, connecting to psn on a jail broke ps3 without clearing your history and removing all custom sys calls will get you banned. You got to be a complete retard to believe that Nintendo won't ban you just for cfw.

If you check my signature you will see I have been modding for many years! I don’t care what anyone claims you would not get a full system ban for just starting up cfw also a Jtagged 360 is completely different I should know I used to mod them.

I'm with you. Understand how the Switch operates is the only way to avoid banning. N won't ban anyone for just starting cfw or so. Even install unsigned content won't get banned easily until play them while connecting to an unprotected Internet.

Anyway, with emunand or any emulated nands on offline mode, it's 0% chance to get banned.

Ninty have thought about it at least at this stage . He is a self proclaimed lawyer so why the hell not ?
