Hacking Wipeout 3 freezes on splash screen

does anyone have wipeout 3 working?
I installed it a while back on a pal console with I believe haxchi cfw that makes it region free but it doesn’t load past the splash screen, wipeout create and crash works fine.
Pretty sure I got it from wiiuusbhelper a year or so ago

Yeah, just run this homebrew before launching wipeout 3

Just checked for you......
I have haxchi without cbhc on PAL system so i

1. Run Haxchi

2. Run Spiik select
Language: English
Region: USA

3. Run Wipeout 3

And you should get past the splash screen and be able to play

Side note in case anyone runs into this problem, my wiiu wasn’t reading the sd card, kept unplugging and plugging back in, tried different sd adapters and nothing was working. Unplugged the wiiu from the wall and waited 2 mins then the sd loaded
