:glare::glare::glare: yeah development of 4 lines.
Dude there's way much more than just adding 4 lines of code to something and call it a day.
Overclocking can be something that damages any kind of device, goes from phones, to single board computers, to computers and consoles as well.

Overclocking can cause overheat and diminish the life of the CPU/GPU that's overclocked.
Even though the changes in code might be minimal, something that changes how the hardware performs need thorough testing to be able to find a sweetspot that is not too heavy on the hardware and can deliver the performance boost that we are seeking for homebrew.

You need to understand that.
Hardware changes is not something that can be tested in a day, it needs several days/weeks if not months at times to be tested as well as it should for something of this scope.

This whole thread is an embarrassment. Let developers do their jobs. If you don't know any better then keep your damn mouth shut. None of us are getting paid for this, it will be done on OUR time.

My battery and screen are irreparably damaged from extreme overclocking over a long period of time. Who is excited for that to happen to their console?

C code (as is) to @Agusto101, and to him alone. see where it gets him. let him debug it if it fails. it's only 4 lines anyway so he shouldn't have a hard time figuring out the solution.

This is their code. They can do whatever they want with it. They can hold off releasing it, they can tease us to death and not release it. You're not paying for it to be entitled to demand a release regardless of the state of the project. It's not their obligation to give us solutions. If they're being assholes about it, what can we do? For sure flaming and insulting them isn't gonna help. Just move on or ignore if you don't agree with their release schedule.

After seeing the magic the guy can do with retroarch and psx-rearmed ,im gonna trust the guy and let him do what he does.if he feels that its not safe to release,im more then happy to wait

Mmm..yeah i know dude ,but any of your team have their switch stop working?, im asking ( better say it do not think im attacking)

I have written AT LENGTH about the heat damage and swollen battery I have suffered from extreme overclocking. Beyond that, it doesn't fucking matter what the results are. The project will be released when m4xw is satisfied with the end product. This bullshit is precisely what drives essential devs away from a platform.

I said it directly to you not 10 minutes before you asked that question. It is linked in almost every RA thread. Beyond any of that, it doesn't matter whether or not anybody has had issues. Developers release their projects when they are satisfied with them and not a moment sooner. Being a whiny child about it does NOT accelerate the time table and simply demonstrates that you couldn't care less about the real people sacrificing their free time for your benefit.

YOU are the one who has pushed this issue even when the developer himself told you to go to hell. I'll be "chill" when you shut the hell up and let the project develop instead of being indignant that you have not yet received a massive upgrade to your switch with zero effort needed on your part.

PS: I, again, said directly to you exactly what had happened with my switch right before you asked the question. You not only aren't in every thread, but you're not even reading the ones you're in. Just complaining.

CHILL dont be annoying.

Well i have smash...sooo ... :), and i think in the others too not only me like you think.

Are you capable of forming a single coherent thought? Other people being indignant children doesn't make your behavior any less reprehensible. Most of those people at least have the good sense and consideration to keep it to themselves.

I only see one asshole here and that is you.
If you are too stupid to add those 3 lines by yourself, you shouldn't use a overclock no matter what.
.....LOL:rofl2:

I get this is all you do, but try to remind yourself that; someone not knowing their way around computer coding doesn't show someone's intelligence at all, champ ;)

Funny though!:rofl2:
