What a cheap advertisment for your video... but Nintendo will probably take it down soon like they did with BotW let's plays before release.
Just posting that you have the game would probably not have any problems since you could've gotten it on a legit way. Saying that you got it via illegal downloads (and even promoting them) is an entirely different story.
