It uses SXOS cheat function, so no. Maybe it's possible to port this to Edizon however.

PkHeX is supposed to be released tomorrow with support for the Switch titles. You'll definitely be able to hack in Mew with it.

How do you use sxos cheat. I put cheat files in proper folder. I run game and press home then album to go through sxos menu but my switch crashes with an error.

EDIT: Your download is missing about 16 of the candies and some of these Poké Balls will crash the game if used, just FYI
