Part of PRODINFO, console unique, etc...

No, I said I could've done that and it could've been easily recovered without a nand backup.
You cannot generate PRODINFO from nothing. Everything else you can, given that you have your own keys which you still can get after this brick. You have to have your own PRODINFO though, from your own Nand backup, before the brick happened. If you don't have it, you can throw the switch in the bin. Exactly the same thing that happened with the fake SX crack payload.

Still have some ideas left of how to fix this.

If you don't get hold of the tool that generates PRODINFO at Ninty's factory, you won't get far with fixing the mess you caused. We've been all over this a few months ago when PozzNX did the exact same thing.

There is no fix and if you think there is then you know even less than you show. Why don’t you just take responsibility for what you’ve done and buy everyone you bricked a new switch? That would mean far more than just saying sorry which is worthless to them.

I know bro, I wouldnt even try lol But hey, thanks for confirming. I think something is going on with the software or the backup I made is compromised.

I'll try it, thanks for your input!
Holy shit, you're a garbage person.

That's like saying because you shot someone, its their fault because they didn't wear a bullet proof vest.

Honestly, go fuck yourself with your stupid victim blaming.

I'm taking responsibility, now all there is that I can do is at least attempt to fix this. I don't think there's much hope left, but I'll at least try.
Last part, you obviously know that I can't pay for every bricked Switch, but yes that does show how serious this truly is.

The brick code not being posted on GBATemp isn't an excuse. Specially since that "somewhere else" is a place (MANY) forum members go.
It's as if one of your clients had planted a bomb in the store across the street but you were cool with it because the explosion didn't get you, even though it killed hundreds of your other customers.

It's completely fucking retarded.

I haven't been a victim of this incident, and all I know about it is what I've read in here. And I never act like "internet policeman". But seriously GBATemp, allowing users to walk on your website that have (and will) broken other user's property on purpose is out of the fucking question.

i'm sure he won't afford that. Also new switches will probably be patched. He has shown remorse and is accepting the blame. I commend his attitude now, not his deed before.

Listen, I know I am a complete idiot.. I didnt make a nand backup before running hacks and such and now I am stuck on the nintendo switch boot screen. I have now made a nand backup using hekate. From my understanding, at this point my backup is considered a "damaged nand backup".

My question is how do I rebuild my nand using choidujourNX? I have another hacked switch(if I need that to do so), and the console I am having issues with goes to rcm just fine.(if that matters)

I attempted to boot a game that required a higher firmware and it crashed my console right away and powered it off. Again, I know I am an idiot. I am just wondering if someone with a bit more knowledge in this can point me in the right direction.
And my advice to anyone like me: dont get too excited over leaks and install a game and boot it without checking the firmware requirements first.

I'm really hoping for some help here, but if its not possible to recover I can buy another and just transfer my saves over to that one.(I really dont want to do this..)
You can use it for parts in case your new switch has future issues. Actually not bad to have an extra screen, sd card reader, battery, etc...

My video is coming very soon, I'm editing it together now. I will post it here once I am done, as well as update the first post.

You are level headed and i respect that mate but this isn’t his first rodeo. There’s only so many times you can do this and say sorry and expect it to be ok and just carry on as normal.

Do us a favor and tell us what you broke so we all can know how to possibly fix it. Was it the PRODINFO or what?
