The max address length is game specific, it'll change with the game
But most of the game uses 64bit address.

i meant what's the highest amount of used bits. like on PC where the biggest address of a process is 48 bits in length.
However, I guess it'd be the best to leaf the remaining bits blank to preserve this codehandler universal.

Put in root/sxos/titles
Then it looks like sxos/titles/0100000000000036/cheats/

Yeah i have done that and cant get the megaman legacy cheats to show on the X series one it says no cheats. here is what i have done.

1 Downloaded the cheat file from official sx pro site.
2 Unzipped and put it into the root of the SD card
3 Went to the first message in this thread made a text file with the same name and copied and pasted all the contents and replaced the text that came standard as it was the same name and codes.
4. Loaded up the megaman legacy X series and then pressed home, back into the sx os cheat section and clicked select cheats and it says no cheats found for this game.

Did not bother to search got all this hub a bub about Exfat.

After sxos/titles/0100000000000036/cheats/0100000000010000/f5dccddb37e97724.txt and are the region titles the same as well as ID titles for diffreent countries and if they are will the same codes work???

No, the folder structure should be;
/sxos/titles/<titleID>/cheats/<buildID>.txt
