I recently transfered my data from my old 3ds xl to the new 2ds xl. All my games are gone and also thr homebrew applications. I reistalled most of the homebrew but idk how to get the games back. I've looked this up and people have been saying to redownload the tickets but tikshop and ciangel are obviously down. How do i get my games back?
had this issue about a year ago! idk if it can be done after you finished the data transfer but what I did was back up the title.db (or was it ticket.db in not sure but it was a very small file) on the old one and restore it on the new 3DS using emunand9 I think. there's probably an easier way with godmode probably but thats how I did it

And by the way since i think he did a sys transfer from settings the ctrnand got reset and by so making all games impossible to start. I also had that problem a while ago... i had to redownload tickets using *certain cdn tools* not FreeShop, and some of them had to redownload
If you're referring to that devil app, it doesn't work anymore. He's gonna have a bad time spoofing tickets by rebuilding his collection into *.cia with GodMode9. It will suck a lot because of how tedious it'll be to extract, reinsert, and reset secure values for the saves.
My problem was that i directly installed system update cias from my only purcahsed game cart with fbi and by so the system fked up..... (like an idiot i wiped ctrnand and i lost my privade lfcs_b but i backed movable.sed cuz i had no nuts to install 29gb of games again) no nand backups btw, i did a ctr nand transfer and for the tickets i used that angel app but some games like minecraft or lugi's mansion did not even get past the Nintendo 3DS logo or crashed during save/ext data loading and i had to reinstall thru freeshop
They are still installed... you just can't play them because of missing tickets(copyrighted stuff i think so we can't share)
Edit: I still have my freeshop enc and dec titlekeys.bin idk how to work with them + still can't share them

So how do i get the ticlets back. Since the games are installed how do i get them back.
I said we can't share or tell how to get tickets on GBATemp due of them being copyrighted stuff
