The Disgaea games are... complicated, when it comes to inventory.
The easiest method, to start anyway: clear your inventory of all items, start a fuzzy search, get one item, search for a not equal value (<>), go do some stuff, search for equal value, do more stuff, search equal value, etc. Rid your inventory of said item, search for unequal value, go do some stuff, search equal, etc again.
It's going to take some time with Disgaea. All the items have decent sized data segments, since you can use the Item World to level stuff up, they have stats and "inhabitants," etc.
You're really just looking for your base item ID at first. This is why you get so many results. It's better to have a clear inventory, so you know WHERE the items' info starts. Try to always have the same TYPE of item, maybe with different stats, that way you can look for the same value. Weapons are good for that, since they usually always differ, even if it's the same weapon type. That way you at least get the base item ID.

Yeah you weren't kidding about it taking awhile, its hard trying to get it down from 1k+ results as I can barely knock off 1 or 2 results every several minutes. I kind of wonder if the item's ID is in the order of the Item Collection Data thing that shows you all the weapon and items you collected and maybe I should start with the very first item which is a fist weapon but I really don't want to start over.

I do have one last suggestion tht might help, the game I made codes for called shinobido 2 allows 99 of items but in the hex it lets me know where that items quantity offset is roughly as the name of the item is about 20 bytes roughly away from it, perhaps you can look for the word CHOC in hex and see what it shows?
You mean that area on the far right of the memory address with all the dots and strange characters? I kind of look there sometimes but I never really see anything that looks useful plus I gotta go through 1k+ addresses. Kind of makes me wish I could do text searches though like with TempAR on the PSP

If I am reading the Final/VitaCheat Github correct, any Cheat that has $B200 for it, then that means the Code can be used for different Regions?
I think it's both regions and dump types, but don't quote me on that. the $B200 should be the data segment the code is located in. When viewing memory in VitaCheat, if you press up on the right analog stick, it should show you the addresses of the data segments to better assist you in creating more... universal(?) codes.

Has anyone fixed the PSV for Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth (US) yet?

Just saw an update of it in the github of Roah. Make sure name's chracterz matches game's language/region. so if US ver name should use english alphabet. I usually use katakana and hiragana, it interferes. Codes work now normally, no need to activate before loading, you can actovate it whenever.

I'm encountering an interesting problem using Vitacheat, happens over long periods of searching for codes. The UI seems to double up on itself and I begin to see ghost images of a second ui superimposed in Vitacheat. Like when searching for simple addresses, when I re-enter vitacheat via call in and go search, the search-field shows both flat zeros, and whatever value I just finished searching, one on top of the other. And another event, I was in my code-list and somehow interacting with the main menu at the same time, with my codes running down the middle. Is this a graphical error, is this normal, or wth did I modify incorrectly to cause this issue?

This has happened to me as well, i remember reading somewhere that both are bugs in the plugin itself since its still in beta.
They should be ironed out in future updates.

One additional issue that's currently pissing me off is: while playing Disgaea 3 (Eur) game PCSB00098, and cranking out several addresses, when I export my code list... It deletes the .psv file (if I generate one beforehand, otherwise it doesn't create a file at all).... Works fine when I export to a different previously generated file. Not sure what is going on...
