Just going to guess it's not possible to edit the trainers hair colour is it?

Okay I'm trying to edit the hair for the overworld model but the textures are white and once edited do nothing.

Edit: Nevermind for some reason I didn't have game patching enabled.

Does anyone here know if importing models from Oras(for example may) and putting them into XY (Swapping the Flare girl elite 4 with may for example) works ?
I tried a couple time, game crashed everytime tho I saw people doing it
