FreeshopNeXt used to work flawlessly, but after updating to 6.0.0, there's now an error in loading the titles?

When updating the list of titles, an error appears saying

"Could not download updated list from server
Check config.conf or internet connection.

Could not download updated info JSON from Server
Check config.conf or internet connection."

I tried opening the URL in config.conf (sorry) and it comes up with an error.
Is there another URL to replace this?

I tried to play online, and it said that an update is required to play. I pushed on it expecting it to go to the settings and ask me whether I'd like to update or do it another time.

i guess splatoon was the prompt that time.

Jesus Christ. People are saying to not update. Even if you did not decide to update, you should know that they're saying not to because it breaks stuff.
We don't need a new thread every time someone updates.

Where to go from now?
Be patient and wait.
Oh, and block updates or stop using WiFi, switchbru dns is what you're looking for.

My 13 year old knows not to update. A few weeks ago the Wii U started to update and I heard him scream and he immediately pulled to power cord out of the wall.

Why do you expect everything to work after updating to 6.0 when people clearly say, don't update immediately?
Wait, so you're telling me Nintendo doesn't automatically update homebrew apps meant for piracy so that they're compatible with their newest firmware?!?!

No way. I don't believe you.

Yep he knows the drill, started him at 4 with an Acekard. Learned his lesson when he received a couple of 3DS games for his birthday back in 2013 or 14 and they required an update. I warned him something was going to come down soon and he should wait a bit but he just couldn’t. His choice, and then he got to experience the Great Gatewait. :rofl2: Natural Consequences.

I remember I almost threw my friend off a bridge for updating my iphone to the newest iOS version when there wasn't a warmboot jailbreak for the newest version. Dude never touched my phone again.

Works fine for me, OP. Though, I had some issues with the way they're requiring a connection to some services before downloading content from their cdn. After unblocking them in my router, things are just peachy.
