Made a typo in myFFX-2 exp code post. Pain's exp should be this.

_V0 Pain EXP
$0200 826BB918 00000000

Already edited it in my last post.

Edit: Alright I found the Exp for the monsters for the Creature Creator. As it turns out the Exp addresses for the monsters were slot addresses and there's only 8 monster slots(Lucky me). I've been assuming that the exp codes I've been searching for were for each monster individually and it turns out it wasn't.

Code:
_V0 Monster Exp slot 1
$0200 826BB9B4 00000000

_V0 Monster Exp slot 2
$0200 826BB9C0 00000000

_V0 Monster Exp slot 3
$0200 826BB9CC 00000000

_V0 Monster Exp slot 4
$0200 826BB9D8 00000000

_V0 Monster Exp slot 5
$0200 826BB9E4 00000000

_V0 Monster Exp slot 6
$0200 826BB9F0 00000000

_V0 Monster Exp slot 7
$0200 826BB9FC 00000000

_V0 Monster Exp slot 8
$0200 826BBA08 00000000

They follow the slot order of the Creature History inside the Creature Creator and when you release 1 monster, the lower monsters will take its place. Let's say for example, you release a monster in the 5th slot. Monsters in the 6th, 7th, and 8th slots will move up 1 slot.

Hey guys, I've been trying to look for Health in One Piece: Burning Blood (US) without luck. I'm sure I'm finding something related tho, since I've managed to lock both the yellow HP and the green HP bars ... the issue is that the health keeps going down even if the value should be locked. Also it only works for one character.
What I did manage to find was Berry, which apparently always stays on the same address.

I'm also looking for Mary Skelter: Nightmare (EU) values. I found Alice's HP and SP, and I'm gonna look for pointers shortly.

Weird, PCSE00755 aka Digimon CS crashes when I manipulate EXP gain. Decided to try Roah's psv. Surprised that you need to enable them first before loading game save. Still, Thanks roah you're the best.

Did anyone know how to edit base ATK stats or weapon's ATK in SAO:HR ? By the far, i can find and edit Item number, HP, SP, bonus STR-VIT-AGI-DEX (not affect attack stats), skill points, weapon skill level, unlock hidden ex, change enigma orders requirements.

I read that some cheats may require multiple pointers instead of one, that may be why the hp bars wont stay locked? perhaps you already have done it with multiple pointers? I do not know much about making cheats but i have read the basics and hope that this can help you.

You may need to look for an additional value. In a lot of different types of games that use graphical bars for health and/or other stats, it can be in addition to a simple numeric value.
For instance, say your character's health value when full is 100. In a lot of instances, you'll find the bar's value is a floating point number (in this case, it'd be 42C80000), but in addition, you may have a normal hex value, as well (in this case, it'd be 00000064). In some cases, it's enough to just lock the 64, and the 42C80000 will follow suit. But not always.
As far as your code only working for one character, but always working for that character, you may be dealing with a game where each character has their own segment of memory.
I've never played Burning Blood, but if there's any kind of leveling mechanics in the game, then that's probably what you're facing.
There is, however, the possibility that was already mentioned about pointers, but I can't say for sure, since, as I said, I've never played the game. The fact that your code always works for that same character is a strike against that, but creating codes for Vita games is unnecessarily complicated, so it's always possible.

Haha, I've been making cheat codes for like 8 years. I started out hacking codes for PSP games, have done a bunch of PS3 save editing, and now I'm fumbling around with Vita stuff.
It's like learning a new language that has most of the same words, but has an entirely different sentence structure.
