Homebrew DsiMenu++/TWLoader Turn off the 3ds

im trying to play ds room with my n3ds but everytime that i try to open a game with them the 3ds turn off , please help

Try reinstalling or updating DSiMenu++. Read the Instructions (No flashcard, 3DS/2DS users) section.

If that doesn't work, try repairing your DSi firmware.

You should also check your SD card for any problems by:

1. Copy everything off of it onto your computer.
2. Reformat as FAT32 + 32 KB cluster size. Use guiformat if it's bigger than 32 GB.
3. While it's empty, Full Write + Verify Test using H2testw.
   
4. If it passes, copy everything back onto the card.
