First, all the nsps you have seen are illegal because is not possible to doet without SDK (which is written if you read)
Second, is made with a custom NCABuilder which simons did and tested it with hbmenu.nro

Why can't the NSPs be also made with his NCABuilder, which is public?
I am not arguing if any of those are legal/illegal, I just want some proof/explanation for stupid

Because I have no reason. I just stated they exist.
Why isn't OP posting the hbmenu here too?
I wouldn't mind if OP posted it here, cause I can't find it on SImons discord at all.

don't go around posting test version of developers files.
You shouldn't even have created this thread. There's nothing to share or talk about. It's "in the process to be created", the developer want someone to test (because apparently he doesn't even have a console to do it?) and provided a "test" file, beta/alpha/whatever you call it.
it's not meant to be released to the public, but closed beta tested and giving the developer a report.

releasing publicly a dangerous, non working, non tested beta version without being a "beta tester" and reporting to the developer is just useless. if not dangerous, maybe you want to be responsible for bricking other people's console?
stop trying to rush on any new announcement like a dog with a bone or like it was done and working, let people work on tools and properly announce and release them the way they decide. maybe it's not working and nothing will be "upcoming" at all. rumors and random upcoming projects don't deserve a thread, wait for working tools before talking about it.
