Since Switch has console unique CDN, does it make you all wonder why Nintendo allowed this?

Possible that downloaded CDNSP have unique identifier that cause your Switch to be superban?

Its because Nintendo isn't smart enough to track the IPs people use.

On a more serious note, CDNSP uses a console's certificate. It could be yours, one from the Internet, or your grandma's; it does not matter where it comes from but the cert needs to be there. And when they ban or CDN ban certs, it is applied to that cert and that cert alone.

CDNSP runs on your COMPUTER, not your Switch. Your personal cert wont be affected
Unless BobGui can spoof your IP or re-route your download through a single IP, multiple computer download with same cert can be detected by Nintendo.

Nintendo not smart? :rofl2:

Downloaded CDNSP could have some unique identifier link to the cert embedded deep in the CDNSP file?

Well the source code for CDNSP is in the public so you could check and see if it does to that but to the best of my knowledge, it does no such thing. As previously stated, Nintendo bans the certificate as this is sufficient to implement bans (until the community reverse engineers the certificate which isn't happening soon) so all superbans are due to misuse of console certs and nothing more.
