Hardware What are these used for?

i recently got a pc and when I was putting stuff in it I realized that there was a dual usb 3.0 header and a dual usb 2.0 header and a date power connector and I for the life of me can not figure out what these are used for . Below I have posted pictures I need some help on what these could potentially be used for.

I've seen a handful of projects where people take these things out of the case and mount them in other solutions (commonly DIY AIO computers, for instance), so it could be Intel is just giving them out as an option for that

Generally those headers are for connecting to your case. The usb headers are where you plug in if your case has usb ports built into it. Not 100% what a "date power connector" is... maybe for the case's power button?

That was a typo, the spec sheet says "SATA." Guessing autocorrect f-ed him on that

I meant to say SATA power. There is a hole in the aluminum led case for these but not hole in the top. If it was mean for custom aios why put. A hole in their own design
