Homebrew WIP MAME-NX 0.72 Release

Finally got this working with sound. All my games work great. I tested the following:

2 on 2 Open Ice
NBA Maximum Hangtime
NBA Jam
NBA Jam TE
MK 1,2,3, and Ultimate

Would be great if there was a way to get artwork to show when a game is highlighted. Would be nice to see the arcade machine of that game appear on the right.

Does anyone know which games are present and working in this romset that aren't in or working in pFBA?

To save space on the sd card I'd like to limit this Mame to just things that aren't already in pFBA

I think if we ever get those working fullspeed with sound on Switch my life might just be complete.

Me too. I have been waiting for many years for the possibility of playing Killer Instinct 1 & 2 on a portable device, and I believe that in the switch there is a possibility that this will happen.

Sound working fine here, tested Black Tiger and all seems fine.. I'll test more roms
@MVG could you add skip by letter in the Rom select menu? it's a nightmare scrolling through the romlist otherwise.. Mapping to L/R would be perfect

EDIT.. Commando and Donkey Kong just display a blackscreen (sound can still be heard) there could be more but these are the only two I've found so far.

Yeah, Black Tiger has always been one of my goto games when it comes to testing Mame Easily one of the best Arcade games imo. I mostly used to play Commando on C64 though

Edit the controls so you can use both the d-pad and analog stick. You can map the controls in MAME

Will I get SD card corruption issues with this? Or is that problem exclusive to RetroNX?

I found a super old rom pack on v.72 for mame. Some of the games wont load though. Several of them say files are missing. Is there a place to put the bios files? All i see is a "roms" folder.

got a new update coming out soon, that has better rom navigaition (left, right dpad to skip to next Letter) and vert/black screen games fixed. ill post again when its released
