Hardware Noob to Switch - exfat FW question.

Hi All,
Been reading tons of threads in the last couple of weeks learning about the Switch. Finally decided to take the plunge and bought one before the new HW revision (eventually) comes out.
Anyhow, the Switch I got is running 4.1 HOS. (Thought that 4.1 is past the FW version where exfat is supported?). I've taken the precaution of blocking updates (editing the DNS servers) and have backed up my NAND, keys, etc.
What I haven't been able to figure out is how to get the Switch to read exFat? I've tried the tutorial to build a FS.kip1 and inject with Hekate. Just stopped the boot sequence into CFW.
I can't seem to find another thread about this - appreciate if someone could point me in the right direction?

P.S. Next step is to try ChoiDuJourNX and goto 5.xx?

Anyway, welcome to gbatemp. You now have more respect than 99.9% of people on here.

IMO I would suggest going to 5.1.0. That's what I did and haven't looked back.

No joke really. Actually want to learn how to muck around with the Switch.
Thanks for the advice and confirming the move to 5.1 is a good one.
And if anyone else is going to use ChoiDuJourNX, as it says in the first post; easiest way is to goto xbins. Faster (and smaller) than looking for that Taiko XCI
